We ship to New Zealand on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means we cover all shipping costs and handle transport to your door, however, as the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in New Zealand. Our courier will contact you directly when your shipment reaches customs to assist with the process.

Please fill out form NZCS 224 – Apply for a Client Code, attach your photo ID and company details, and email it toclientcodes@customs.govt.nz

• Q5–10: Fill in your company or personal details
• Q11: No to brokerage restrictions
